FAQs
What do I need to bring?
In terms of what to bring to your next DS Sports Birthday Party, if you are having a catered party. The answer is absolutely nothing. We will supply everything you need for your party. Alternatively, if you are having a non catered party, please consider bringing the following: Plates, bowls, spoons, napkins and serving wear like tongs and platters.
Am I allowed to bring decorations?
Yes of course! Please consider the 30min bump in and bump out times when considering which decorations you are going to bring. If you can set it up within the 30min time frame and pack it up within your 30min time frame then please feel free to bring your decorations. Please note that each booking has 30min to pack up and exit the venue so that we have time to set up for our next party or event. If you require longer than 30min, that’s fine however it does cost an additional $50 for every 30min of additional time.
What is your cancelation policy?
If you cancel your booking less then 1 week out, you will loose your deposit. The deposit is 50% of your booking total. If you cancel with less then 48h notice, you will loose the full amount.
What is included in a catered party?
All of our parties include water and cordial for the table however, our catered parties will also get nuggets and chips, party pies and sausage rolls as their party food.
Am I allowed to bring my own food?
Yes! You can bring additional food to catered parties, some families like to bring lollies or cakes or cold chips. All of that is fine. Just please bring something to place it on like a tray, plate or bowl.
If you are having a non catered party, you are more than welcome to bring in your own food. We have a fridge for you, a work bench, a microwave and 3 air-fryers for any cooking or warming up food.
Where do I park?
We have our own car park however if that Is full or closed for an event, you can seek alternative parking on Venture Way or along the surrounding roads. If you have guests that require a disabled car park or if you have parents with prams, please let us know in advanced so that we can get those reserved for you.
